Payment information: if you make a payment, it is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store or process your card details on our website.

We use your personal data to respond to your enquiries and quote requests, to provide our web design, branding and print services, to manage orders, invoices and payments, to maintain and improve our website, and to comply with our legal obligations including tax and accounting requirements. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months. Customer project files are retained for up to 7 years in line with Irish tax and accounting requirements. Email correspondence is kept for up to 3 years unless it remains relevant to an ongoing client relationship. Analytics and cookie data is retained in accordance with the lifespan of each cookie.

Sharing Your Data

We may share your information with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver our services. This includes our hosting provider, email and communication tools such as Google Workspace, payment processors, our accountants or legal advisers, and analytics providers where applicable. All third parties we work with are required to handle your data in accordance with GDPR.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may be based outside Ireland or the EU/EEA. Where this is the case, we ensure your data is protected through EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions recognised under GDPR.
